Virtual Mug Meals

*Parents/Guardians-- please keep in mind your child will need a knife to complete certain steps of these recipes. Please make sure they know how to safely use a knife, or do the cutting for them. Thank you!*

You will need:

2 large mugs

Microwavable plate

1 cup water

1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

3/4 cup shredded mozzarella (divided鈥攚e will use 1/4 cup in the first recipe and 1/2 cup in the second)

1/4 cup shredded cheddar

1 TBSP of parmesan (optional)

1 cup of country bread like ciabatta cut in 1鈥 cubes

1/2 cup marinara sauce

Handful of fresh spinach washed and patted dry
